Any firm that feeds listing data, or powers their website with Spacelist Engine, will get access to weekly availability reports for the markets they serve.
Also in this weeks update we’ll highlight a very handy listing ‘copy’ feature, and an overview of our new market demand reports.
Market Demand Reports
Thousands of businesses visit Spacelist.ca every day searching for space. We work to build and complete tenant profiles for as many of them as possible. When aggregated these can be used to forecast future market demand trends.
Feature highlight: “Copy” a listing
Listing a similar suite or maybe you listed the wrong suite/location by mistake? No worries, we got you covered! Click the ‘Copy’ icon and you’ll be able to edit a copy. If you made a mistake, make sure to close the listing first and mark the reason as “Listing Error.”
Syndication Partners + Data Sharing Initiative
With all the new integration partners we’ve been announcing, we wanted to share some additional great news – any firm that syncs listings to Spacelist via a syndication partner is eligible to receive active listing reports from our Data Sharing Initiative! Whether it’s direct from your internal listing platform or a partner like Buildout, we want to offer access to the most accurate and up-to-date market data – for free!
