What has been your biggest career win? What did you learn from it?
Joining William Wright Commercial. At this company I have gained tremendous knowledge of the commercial real estate sector and continue to grow. I was also one of the original 5 brokers which was a challenge at first but has made me the broker I am today.
—
What was a pivotal moment in your career? Why was it important for you?
When we opened up our New West/ Tri-Cities office. This is an area I decided to focus on, therefore having an office nearby has helped tremendously.
—
How has the industry changed since you started?
In our region prices have increased dramatically for both sales and leasing. Covid has also changed the way companies and businesses utilize commercial real estate.
—
Is there anything you know now that you wish you knew when you started?
I wish I got into Real Estate much sooner then I did, I admire the young brokers in our office that are starting so young and succeeding. This provides me the energy and motivation to grow as well.
—
Are there any tough technological challenges in the industry you are seeing? If so, what are they?
Artificial intelligence will revolutionize real estate just like other sectors. I created a document just for fun to see what AI is capable of and was blown away by the result. AI will be a game changer over time.
—
What are some tactics you’ve used to establish yourself as a trusted CRE professional?
Always be quick, responsive and honest to any inquiry no matter how unlikely it might seem at the time. I have been amazed by the results that sometimes produced just by following these tactics.

What’s your favourite book (leisure or business)?

What’s your super power?
